COMMERCIAL TRADITIONAL ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE WITH GRINDER AND ALL ACCESSORIES

COMPLETE SETUP - READY TO GO TO WORK! PLEASE SEE VIDEO BELOW OF ACTUAL MACHINE IN ACTION! Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code. Hello and welcome to the sale of this Stafco Markus espresso machine.

I have to start off by saying this machine is in top condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. It is a perfect machine for anyone who is completely new to the wonderful world of coffee, wether that be a home enthusiast or someone who is setting up a cafe/coffee shop, tearoom etc. This is a commercial grade machine and comes complete ready to go!

This is a complete package which includes the espresso machine with a built in grinder, built in knock drawer (which is made from high quality stainless steel), water filter and all the accessories so you can literally connect it up and start trading! The machine itself has been completely stripped down to a bare frame and rebuilt. Every single piece of the machine has been removed, cleaned and reassembled. All perishable parts have been replaced for brand new regardless of original condition and any parts which were starting to fail have been replaced with brand new! The overall result is a machine in top working condition ready to give years of quality service producing excellent drinks! So the machine was stripped down to its bare frame and steam cleaned. The frame is in excellent condition and has no signs of damage or rust or anything like that. All the pipe work on the machine was deassembled and descaled in our specially formulated solution. The group head, boiler and all the valves have also been fully descaled, rinsed and cleaned before being reassembled. The boilers heating element has also been completely descaled and is in top working condition. Limescale is the arch enemy of all espresso machines. It generally builds up within a machines boiler and pipework so it is very hard to detect unless you can get a good look inside. Some tell tale signs of bad scale are white'furring' around the joints amd if the machine is generally running slow. Water should flow freely from the grouphead at a good rate, and the machine should heat up quickly.

You should also have good quality'dry' steam from teh steam wands, if you are not getting all of this then the machine you are looking at could well have limescale inside. A machine with bad scale damage will run slowly, run less efficient and produce poor espresso. It will also be dangerous as the scale can cause important safety features to stop working properly!

So that is the reason that ALL of my machines are completely descaled, regardless of what condition they are in when they come in. But rest assured this machine has been done properly and is working perfectly as the video shows. During reassembly all the the parts have been put back together using all brand new O rings, seals, rubber gaskets, filters etc etc. Basically anything that wears and shold be periodically changed has been replaced for brand new!

The machine is working perfectly, produces excellent espreso and is completely leak free! It heats up quickly, recovers quickly and runs very efficiently.

It is safe and ready to use. The group head has been rebuilt with all new seals and gaskets. I have also fitted it with a brand new IMS shower screen.

They are engineered to allow for precision extraction and really help to create excellent espresso shots. A quick Google search for'IMS shower screen' will give you more information if you would like some further reading. I have also included a spare shower screen and group gasket so you can replace them yourself in about a years time when they will start to wear, think of it like a small DIY service to your group head. The steam and hot water outlet valves have been replaced with all new seals and gaskets and are working perfectly, opening and shutting off easily. I have fitted the steam wand with a brand new rubber sleeve to allow you to move it when it is hot and a brand new steam tip which helps to create really good foamed milk. This machine is quite unique in the fact that it has a commercial grade coffee grinder built into it. It is a Cunhill burr grinder and is working perfectly. It has also been completely stripped, cleaned and rebuilt. It is perfectly clean (although there will be some small reminants of coffee grinds left beind from when I have tested it) and really easy to use. I have set the grinder up so that it doses the correct amounts of coffee into the portafilter. One pull of the lever will dispense enough coffee for a single shot (when using the single portafilter) and two pulls of the lever will dispense the right amount for a double shot (when using the double portafilter). It is really easy to use and because it uses commercial burr grinding blades, it grinds the coffee to the right consistancy. It is also completely adjustable and simple to do. The machine sits on top of stainles steel frame which houses the machines knock drawer. You use this to store your waste coffee pucks after extracting the shot so that everything is kept clean and simple in a nice compact space. I have fitted a brand new hard rubber knock bar inside the drawer and it is all wokring perfectly.

It is a really nice set up and as you can se in the video it is all very simple to use and keep clean. The touchpad on the machine has been programmed by myself to deliver the'standard' dosages. It is very simple but there is no need to do it unless you specifically want to. The touchpads also have a built in pre-infusion programme. This will basically'wet' your coffee before extracting it, which allows for a much better espresso shot, it creates better taste, better crema and a better texture.

If you dont want this feature on it is easy to turn it off and again I can show you how to do it. The machine also has a programmed cleaning programme. This allows the user to start the programme and go off and do other things whilst it is running. This is great because cleaning can easily get overlooked at the end of a busy day, yet it is so important to maintain the machine and keep it running properly.

All the cleaning products are included with the machine so there is no excuse to not keep a sparkling clean machine. Another great feature with this machine is the'raised' or tall group head. If you notice most machines have a standard height for the group head which wont let you fit big cups underneith as they simply wont fit. With this machines group head being raised, it allows you to fit tall TAKEAWAY cups underneith, upto a 16oz takeaway cup. If you are planning on sering takeaway coffee this is so important.

If your machine didnt have raised groupheads you could always pour the shot into a smaller cup and then pour that into the takeaway cup, but by doing that you are going to kill the crema off within the shot which is where alot of the intense flavour and texture is held. For GOOD takeaway coffee, you need to have raised group heads, which this machine does have. I have put together a package of equipment to get you started with the machine.

A brand new 57mm commercial stainless steel tamper. A brand new rubber tamping mat. 2 cleaning brushes to keep the inside of the steam wand clean. A brand new cleaning basket for backflushing the machine. A brand new tub of unopened PulyCaff cleaning powder for backflushing.

A barista towel that attatches to the barista so it is always to hand. 2 brand new and boxed milk foaming jugs in two differnet sizes.

A brand new cocoa shaker for dusting the tops of your lovely cappuccinos. A brand new spatula for getting that luxurious foam onto your drinks.

A commerial (used) water filter, it still has plenty of life left in it but will probably be due to change in about 12 months. Brand new shower screen and gasket to replace in your group head in about 12 months time. All you need now is some fresh coffee beans, if you end up pucking the machine up and I have some freshly roasted beans in I will give you a bag to get you started. The machine only requires an everyday 13amp electric socket so there is no fancy three phase or anything like that to worry about. It will require connecting to a mains water connection (same as your washing machine at home) and it comes with all the necessary fittings to get it quickly connected.

If it is looked after and serviced regular then it will go on wokring perfectly for many years to come. Parts for these machine are very easily to come across and readily available. If you are local to me I can contine to maintain and service this machine for you. The panels on this machine are in very good condition. There is small scratches and blemishes here and there but overall I would rate it is very good/excellent.

The pictures speak for themselves and are a true reflection of the machines condition. I would love you to come and inspect the machine, have a play with it and make sure that it what you are looking for. I can give you full training if you are new to espresso machines, I can show you how to use and clean the machine, and how to create different drinks. I don't delve into other commercial catering equipment, I specialise in coffee machines.

You are welcome to view the machine anytime at my workshop which is located in between Leeds and Doncaster, postcode is DN14 0RX. The machine will be wrapped properly and get to you safely. I use a very good courier who I have never had any issues with.

The machine is of course open for you to collect youself, infact I would prefer this as it gives me an opportunity to demonstrate the machine to you and run through any questions you may have, however I fully appreciate this isnt always possible for people who are living at the other end of the country. If anything did occur through no fault of your own within a reasonable time I would have no problems posting out replacement parts.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read through this listing, I hope I havent bored you too much. Again if there is anything you would like to discuss, please contact me asap. Many many more pics, videos available, please just just ask.
