Conti Empress vintage gas lever traditional commercial espresso coffee machine

1950s Conti Empress Rare vintage coffee machine. I imported this machine from France. It was originally a gas only machine. During the full restoration a full electrical system was added including boiler autofill and pressure controls. This means you can use it on electricity or gas.

The inside of the machine is better than new. The outside of the machine has a wonderful original patina.

The bakerlite has been restored polished and the perspex is 1950s original. Everything has been removed, rebuilt and replaced better than new. This machine was manufactured before 1956. The coffee is fantastic and the steam power will surprise you.... Any questions, please message me.
