For sale a Rocket Espresso GIOTTO EVOLUZIONE V2 coffee machine. Owned from new, bought from Bella Barista in Dec 2013. General lack of use & move forces sale.

The machine has been stored unused for 4 months, descaled prior to storage. It is in mint condition throughout and carefully looked after. A very capable machine for both home and commercial use - uses a water filler or can be plumped.

A fabulous high-end expresso coffee machine, true work of art. The Evoluzione uses a commercial grade pressure stat and utilises our 9mm boiler end plates for increased thermal stability. The use of a rotary pump ensures quiet yet robust pump performance and allows the user to have the machine draw water from the internal machine reservoir or alternatively connect the machine directly to the water supply.
