Sage barista express coffee machine

Sage barista express coffee machine. Hardly used coffee machine in excellent condition - unwanted present. I have used it a few times but I cant get my head around it, almost every coffee I make comes out either too bitter or too sour.

Sage have assured me this is human error and not the machine but I dont have the patience to perfect it - I have gone back to my trusty Moka pot. So be warned - this machine may not produce a perfect cup of coffee and will take a lot of practice, frustration and wasting of expensive coffee beans.

On the other hand however, the times I was able to get it right - the coffee was amazing and with the steam wand was able to make cappucinos as good as in any coffee shop. Comes with tamper, portafilter and 3 baskets, levelling tool and metal jug for steaming milk in. I might even throw in a jar of Aldi instant coffee for when you get really need coffee but cant face having to pour six down the sink first.
