This is a refurbished item with a lot of brand-new parts, ALL the original accessories (+ more) and the original box. This item has been assessed and is in excellent cosmetic condition (see photos). It has been thoroughly and professionally cleaned inside and out. It has some minor cosmetic marks, scuffs dents and light scratches on the splash screen (see photo), but the rest of the casing is in excellent condition as can be seen from the photos. The drip tray, drip tray grille, coffee grinds separator, portafilter and group head gasket have all been replaced with brand-new parts.
