This requires a 20amp connection and a mains water supply. We bought this item for our cafe as a back up Machine. Also, that this Machine has been regularly serviced and that no known faults where identified during use. The Machine has some signs of wear as you would imagine from a commercial Machine, however as you can see in the pictures it looks in very good condition.
