It has a hot water tap outlet built with an anti-spatter guard to prevent burns. The Mirage uses the legendary E61 group, with the heat-loop water system. This keeps the coffee hot as it is extracted from the group head. The steam wands are one the easiest and most practical to be used today on the commercial scene. They are extra long and pivot in a 360 degree direction to allow the barista to steam their milk in the free space beside the machine. There is an electronic pre-infusion for the groups, to maximise the flavours of your coffee! This can either be turned on or off. The drip tray's height can be adjusted slightly to accommodate the cups being used in your cafe - just another nicety about this machine!
