LA MARZOCCO STRADA MP 3 GROUP ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE. The Strada MP features individual brew boilers, pre heater assembly, dedicated PID controls for each boiler, and easy-access for preventative maintenance. A lower profile invites customer engagement in a café setting, While also providing the barista an open, expansive work area. Finally, the Strada platform has been designed to encourage creativity and customisation so that each machine can be unique. The mechanical paddle technology assures progressive control of water flow and pressure via a mechanical internal valve, thus allowing controlled pre-infusion.
The MP is controlled with La Marzoccos classic paddle interface, manually operated by the barista. These units are iconic in speciality cafe's and bars. This would be ideal as a machine upgrade for a cafe that is turning over high volumes each week. All our second hand equipment receives a full service prior to dispatch.
