La Pavoni Lever Espresso Coffee Machine in need of some loving care

This machine has been sat idle for some years now it still turns on and steam comes out but it does have a few drips and Im sure is in need of a good service and seal change. I have inherited this machine and to be honest I havent got a clue how it really works (even after watching several YouTube vids). It shows a bit of rust under the drip tray but seams clean and solid everywhere else.

It comes with a wooden handle and metal tamp and a nice neat little knockout tub. Has a double espresso basket.
