La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi 1 group Espresso/ Coffee Machine

La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi espresso machine This La Spaziale S1 has been completely stripped Including boiler, Group Head & pipes all lime scale removed, super cleaned, buffed & reassembled. After reassembly, this machine has been thoroughly tested & set up using a Scace 2 device. The pump pressure coming out of the group head has been set to 8.2 Bar as recommended by David C. This pressure works really well with a rotary pump & gives a great sweet espresso, assuming all other variables are correct & your coffee is a good one. I can of course set it higher for you if you wish but I recommend the pressure it's already set at.

The machine has good temperature stability which is within range when properly warmed up & lots of steam on tap for great micro foam. I have been working on these, other machines, grinders, refurbing & modifying for many years now.

Small cafe's, pubs clubs etc & makes a great home machine with it's small footprint. Don't be fooled by it's size though. This is a proper industrial grade twin boiler, programmable temperature controlled plumbed in Espesso machine with an adjustable pressure rotary pump. Capable of about 50 cups an hr & is highly thought after by many happy owners. Comes complete with one single & one double portafilter. Electronic one group coffee machine. Temperature indicated by LED display. Dimensions: 415 × 415 × 385 mm.
